Jeff Stacer
Jeff was born and raised in the lower mainland but moved to the Shuswap in 1992 for a change of pace and lifestyle for his family. He began his real estate career in 1993 and has worked full time in the industry ever since.
Jeff’s previous business experience, knowledge of construction and strong negotiating skills served his clients well and he built a successful individual career despite a falling market. He eventually realized that in order to provide the level of service he wanted to offer his clients he couldn’t do everything on his own so he hired an unlicensed assistant in 1999 and a Buyer’s Agent in 2000. The Jeff Stacer Real Estate Team was born.
Due to a dedication from all team members to supply a consistently high level of service to their clients and a determination to keep up with constantly changing technology The Stacer Team has helped a lot of people over the years. “In our business personal referrals from past clients and other contacts in the community determines your success,” says Jeff. “Because we take a lot of pride in what we do and are always working in our clients’ best interest we’ve built a strong reputation in the community. People know their friends and family are in good hands with our team. We don’t take those referrals lightly or for granted and are continuously looking for ways to improve.”
Jeff has successfully achieved both Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement honours from RE/MAX International for his efforts but what’s really important to him is the list of past clients that, over the years, have become friends. “In this line of work you have the opportunity to meet so many great people; that’s the one piece of the puzzle that never changes. No matter how technology has advanced or what property values are doing it’s the people and the lives you touch that make real estate worth the long hours.”
