Heather Ready
Heather relocated to Salmon Arm in 2004 and has come to love the community she now calls home. After 18 years in the financial services field Heather decided it was time for a change. She received her real estate licence shortly after that and started at RE/MAX, working on her own intially and joining the Stacer Team in April 2006. Heather’s experience in the financial sector is a great asset and she enjoys working with people to help them to find their new home - their most valuable investment.
Heather has 2 active teenage daughters who are both very busy with sports and part time jobs. At times she has to be creative to insure they are where they're supposed to be and on time! Both girls play ringette so Heather has been an active volunteer with the Shuswap Ringette Association for the past 3 years as registrar and as a team manager. When she is not on the bench you can find her in the stands cheering. In the summer months the sports change to softball and golf.
Heather herself likes to stay active and plays ladies slowpitch, golf and enjoys alot of walking and hiking. She loves to spend time on the lake, exploring all the Shuswap has to offer.
Craig Shantz
Born and raised in Salmon Arm, Craig graduated from Salmon Arm Secondary and headed for Calgary, AB where he obtained an education in business and marketing. He then moved on to Vancouver where he spent several years working as a commercial real estate appraiser and realtor in the very competitive greater Vancouver real estate market.
Having always called Salmon Arm home, making the decision to move back again was an easy one. Craig brings with him his marketing, appraisal and real estate background along with his knowledge of the area and small town work ethic.
Tracy Stacer
Tracy began working in the real estate industry in 1997, joined Jeff full time in 1999 and prefers to work in the background as the administrator and technical person on the team. It's this support which allows Jeff to focus on his clients without constant distractions from other aspects of the business and it's a partnership that has proven to be a success.
Tracy works with Jeff at the office and at home as they juggle their schedules between work, community and raising their family. Skiing as a family in the winter, sitting on the edge of a soccer field in the summer and all the while trying to juggle the busy lives of teenagers can make it challenging to fit everything in but she still finds time to work with Shuswap Theatre, the local live theatre group, and to wander through the Art Gallery to check out the lastest display by a local artist. "It's a gift to live in the beautiful Shuswap area and to raise your family here. We make a conscious effort to give back to the community and to support the things that make it such a great place to live."
Suzanne Botter
Suzanne was born and raised in the lower mainland and moved to the Thompson-Okanagan area in 2002 in order to provide a small town lifestyle for her family. She and her 4 very active teenage children are all loving what this community has to offer and keep busy with school, work, hockey, soccer and softball.
