Buying A House
You've been out house hunting and now you've found "the one". What next? Just as shopping for a new home can be exciting and emotional so can the purchasing part. There are a lot of steps inbetween but with your REALTOR's® help everything should move smoothly.
The Steps:
- Make an offer.
- Negotiate until everyone is satisfied with all conditions.
- Work on removing the subjects until you have a binding contract.
- Put together your "To-Do" list in preparation for moving day.
- Sign documents at the lawyer/notary's office.
- MOVING DAY!
Remember - you don't do this every day so if something isn't clear or you're not sure ask questions. Each step is important and we'll help explain and provide the tools or assistance you need to get through it all with the least amount of stress.
