2007 has proven to be a year that will be uncomparable in sales probably for years to come. The definite peak for number of properties sold. Sale prices, despite the fact that the number of sales declined in 2008, still showed an increase by year end.  When you look at single family home sales in Salmon Arm (only) the history of rising prices looks like this:
